2019 Flag Football Registration Form

    Team Captains should register themselves and ask their players to register individually no later than September 20 . If you have player names at the time of registration please list them in the comments below (a completed registration form is needed for each player). --- Players who have a Team Captain please make sure to list the name of your Captain below. --- If you do not have a team or a Captain we will add you to a team. If you have a partial team please list the names of those you would like to play with in the comments section below.

6-on-6 Flag Football
Non-player referees
16 team limit, first come, first served
Team Rosters of 10-12 players
Player ages 16 and older

Every team plays at least three games
Playoffs for top-seeded teams
Great prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
Every player receives chicken BBQ lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and a tournament T-shirt plus the chance to win some additional prizes!

Team Registration:  Early Bird by September 22 at $750 per team; $850 thereafter

  • We recommend that each team finds two sponsors at $250 each and then each player chips in 20-$25 but each team can do what works best for them.
  • Team Captains must register their teams online.
  • Please call Gerry Blitz at 717-682-5071 if you are trying to put a team together.  If small clusters of 4-5 guys start developing, we want to be aware of this and support you as we are able.
  • Player and Team Registration deadline is Saturday, September 28.
